Hi, I'm Kara, the founder of Read Away Retreats! I call beautiful Montana home, where I live with my family and our dog. When I'm not planning unforgettable retreats, you'll usually find me with a book in hand or exploring the incredible places that make Montana so special.

I'm a true mood reader and believe every book has the potential to become a favorite. Whether it's romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, historical fiction, or something completely unexpected, I'm always willing to give a new genre a try. I love discovering stories that transport us to different worlds and connecting with fellow readers who are just as passionate about books.
